Recruiting Associate

• A full-time entry-level recruiter is needed for a rapidly expanding healthcare management company with a national footprint.

• Duties will include recruiting and credentialing healthcare providers for client sites, internal recruiting of new personnel and attending national professional meetings as well as local job fairs.

• Candidate must be highly organized and be capable of effectively leading a team and enhancing interdepartmental organization and communication.

• Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and assume increasing managerial duties.

• At least some experience with recruiting preferred but not required if the candidate can demonstrate transferable skills.

• Interviews start immediately.

• Starting compensation 60K annual with benefits.
