Anesthesia delivery and healthcare in general is facing unprecedented changes. Payer policies are shifting secondary to government mandates. Fee-for-service payments are being replaced with pay-for-performance and bundled payment programs. The complexity associated with the myriad of administrative requirements and the uncertainty of reimbursement levels have driven anesthesia providers and healthcare practitioners in general, to consolidate into larger groups and organizations. Xenon Health is poised to meet the current and future challenges of anesthesia service delivery. We have a decade of experience in anesthesia management and offer practitioners a collaborate framework in which to thrive as clinicians.
Xenon Health is an anesthesia services organization dedicated to exceptional care delivery. We provide comprehensive anesthesia management and perioperative services to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and office-based surgical practices nationwide. As we grow in our mission to provide quality and cost-effective anesthesia care, we look for dedicated anesthesia professionals to join us and become our clinical partners in improving the patient experience and in assisting surgical facilities in their mission to be centers of excellence.
We offer a variety of positions and are always looking for effective leadership to help direct our care teams. In our ambulatory settings, we offer flexible schedules with no call or weekends. Xenon understands the different priorities that providers have, whether it is developing clinical leadership skills or establishing a work-life balance.
We strive to offer competitive compensation but our greatest strength as a management entity lies in providing our anesthesia professionals an organized and collaborative infrastructure that supports and facilitates their career goals. Anesthesiologists and CRNAs that work with us will attest that we are responsive and attentive to their needs. Compensation cycles are short and someone is always available to assist. We are a simple text, email or phone call away.
Becoming part of the Xenon Health team is a simple and streamlined process. Although our credentialing process is thorough and meticulous, we strive to simplify it. On-boarding can be completed in as little as one business day. The process includes an initial interview, reference checks and the completion of our credentialing packet. Client facilities typically have their own credentialing forms for providers to complete and we assist our clinical partners with this documentation. We prioritize credentialing compliance which includes primary source verifications, National Practitioner Data Bank checks, drug screening and background searches.
Xenon Health has developed an exceptional environment for an anesthesiologist to work in. They are generous in their attention to support a sense of safety when working with clients. I appreciate their organizational skills and professional care which enables me to provide exceptional care to my patients.

With Xenon, I spend less time worrying about administrative issues and more time focusing on what I do best, administering anesthesia. Their paper work is simple, they reimburse promptly and they always have professional people available to help resolve any issues. I strongly recommend their services!
