Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and credentialing healthcare providers for client sites in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Schedule and coordinate calendars for clients and providers to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor, track, and maintain organized records of healthcare provider invoicing data
- Build, foster, and maintain positive, professional relationships with both clients and providers
Qualifications:
- Some recruiting experience is preferred but not required; transferable skills will be considered
- Highly organized, with the ability to lead a team and enhance interdepartmental communication
- Able to manage urgent matters effectively while working under pressure and tight deadlines
