Xenon Health is looking for an AI Staffing App Intern to support the build and optimization of our AI-driven staffing automation platform.
This role will expose interns to advanced AI frameworks, workflow automation, and healthcare operations technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building Python-based data pipelines for provider and recruitment data.
- Support React dashboard development for recruiter and manager tools.
- Contribute to LangChain workflows and AI decision-making logic.
- Help configure n8n automation, outreach campaigns via Instantly, and voice workflows via Retell.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure tasks.
Qualifications:
- Exposure to Python, React, or full-stack development.
- Interest in AI/ML frameworks, LangChain, or autonomous agent systems.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data structures.
- Enthusiasm for learning workflow automation and cloud deployment practices.
