Join our rapidly expanding healthcare management company as a Business Development and Marketing Intern. This role is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in SEO, email marketing, and digital campaign management. You will work closely with the Business Development & Marketing Managers to support key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Project: The intern will utilize WordPress, Hootsuite, and Facebook ads manager for publication and promotion of blog articles. The intern will learn about search engine optimization and social media marketing strategies. Their goal is to improve SEO across 20-30 entity-specific webpages.
- Email Marketing Project: The intern will focus on executing email campaigns, with an emphasis on driving high conversions through effective design and content strategies. The primary responsibility will be optimizing campaign performance by conducting A/B testing on various email elements such as subject lines, call-to-action placements, and content layout. The intern’s goal is to identify the best-performing templates that improve key performance metrics, specifically open rates and response rates.
- Social Media Content Creation: The intern will craft engaging and trend-driven social media scripts, raising brand awareness and conveying healthcare knowledge to our audience. By tapping into the latest trends, the intern will develop content that captivates viewers, enhances our digital presence, and positions our brand as a trusted authority in the healthcare space.
Desired Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in WordPress, Hootsuite, and Meta Ads.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
