Becoming part of the Xenon Health team is a simple, streamlined process. Although our credentialing process is thorough and meticulous, we strive to simplify it. On-boarding can be completed in as little as one business day. The process includes an initial interview, reference checks, and the completion of our credentialing packet. Client facilities typically have their own credentialing forms for providers to complete and we assist our clinical partners with this documentation. We prioritize credentialing compliance which includes primary source verifications, National Practitioner Data Bank checks, drug screening, and background searches.
I love working with this organization because of the certainty that it provides, I like that fact that we receive placement confirmations for all jobs. This way we are certain on all the tiny details, it helps to avoid confusion and misunderstandings. I do locums all the time so my schedule is pretty busy, and it may get confusing, at times a procedure date may slip my mind so I am very thankful for the little reminders that I am sent the day before procedures.
