Healthcare Recruiting and Compliance Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized intern to join our Recruiting and Compliance team. The role will focus primarily on administrative, documentation, and compliance tasks related to healthcare staffing and internal recruiting efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in recruiting operations, compliance processes, and client relationship management within a healthcare organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Documentation Management: Assist with the collection, organization, and auditing of healthcare providers’ credentialing information to ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Recruiting and Compliance team, including scheduling interviews, updating job boards, and tracking candidate progress.
  • Compliance Audits: Help audit provider credentialing files to ensure they are up-to-date and properly documented across digital platforms. Report any discrepancies or missing information to the team for resolution.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for physicians and nurses by assisting with the verification and submission of credentialing documents and coordinating with internal teams and client facilities.
  • Recruiting Support: Assist with internal recruiting efforts by posting job listings, managing applications, and helping to coordinate the interview process.

  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

This internship will provide hands-on experience in the compliance and recruiting aspects of a healthcare organization, with a focus on maintaining high standards of documentation and supporting smooth recruiting operations.
