As a Full-stack Web Development Intern, you will work on an innovative project to create a One-stop Invoice System. This system aims to provide an efficient and user-friendly platform for healthcare providers to input invoice information and case logs online. The system will automate sending invoices to stakeholders for confirmation, generate real-time dashboards, and notify providers upon successful payment submission. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development:

  • Collaborate with the finance and software development teams to design and develop the One-stop Invoice System.

  • Implement user-friendly interfaces for providers to input invoice details and case logs.

  • Develop automated processes for sending invoices to stakeholders for confirmation.

• Dashboard Creation:

  • Build a dynamic and interactive dashboard that updates in real time.

  • Ensure the dashboard provides a comprehensive view of invoice status, payments, and other relevant metrics.

  • Incorporate features for stakeholders to track and verify invoices.

• Notification System:

  • Create a notification system that sends automated alerts to providers once their payments are successfully submitted.

  • Ensure notifications are timely and informative, keeping providers informed about the payment status.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to identify and resolve system issues and bugs.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system’s functionality and reliability.
