Internal recruiting associate needed to join a team that identifies, evaluates, and onboards new employees nationally and internationally. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be committed to screening and assessing a large number of candidates. Must be able to excel in an informal, small team environment. Duties will include gathering and meticulously evaluating credentials, conducting background checks, liaising with multiple departments and the corporate attorney to execute the onboarding process, and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified applicants for the organization. Starting compensation of 60K with increases in salary and bonus based on performance.
