Recruiting and Staffing:
Our recruiting department is dedicated to staffing board-certified clinicians for your facility to maintain the highest standard of care possible. We do so by utilizing an expanding database of qualified anesthesia professionals. We can provide coverage on short notice and have effectively dealt with emergency coverage through a roster of qualified and credentialed anesthesia professionals. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs are local to your community and receive national support from Xenon Health.
Billing and Collections:
Our billing and collections department is experienced, compliant and patient-friendly. We are available to answer any and all questions from patients and clients, toll-free. We are transparent and dedicated to making the patient experience affordable and, whenever possible from a compliance standpoint, cost-free.
Xenon Health’s logistics department is managed by certified anesthesia technologists located centrally and regionally. We utilize a system of regional warehouses in order to maximize supply chain efficiency. In addition, we leverage logistics technology developed internally to organize and streamline inventory management. Our team has experience with short-cycle supply chain management for surgical facilities with minimal storage space and expert knowledge of anesthesia equipment including ultra-portable anesthesia machines as well the latest in anesthesia technology.

Meet the Team
Haroon Chaudhry MD
President and Chief Executive Officer
As an anesthesiologist, Dr. Chaudhry has hands-on experience with the clinical practice of anesthesia as well as its administrative management. Before starting Xenon Health he was in private practice for several years. He transitioned to healthcare management when he realized the challenges and intellectual growth opportunities that were evolving as a result of the changes in healthcare. “Our objective is to provide the best anesthesia care at the greatest possible value,” says Dr. Chaudhry.
After graduating with a BS from Columbia University, he earned his MD at the Temple University School of Medicine where he received numerous clinical honors and academic distinctions. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. In his free time Dr. Chaudhry enjoys museums, solving challenging problems, computers and spending time with his family.
VP and General Counsel
Ramesh specializes in corporate practice and health care law. After earning his AB from Harvard, an MBA from INSEAD and a JD from Yale, he launched his legal career as an associate at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison in New York.
At Xenon Health, Heather applies her science, business and teaching backgrounds to healthcare marketing and sales. A graduate of UC Irvine, summa cum laude, she holds a bachelor’s degree in cognitive sciences and a minor in business management. She went on to earn her masters of arts degree in teaching from the University of Southern California. In her free time, she may be found on the tennis court or bowling lane. An avid cruiser, Heather has enjoyed about 20 shipboard vacations.
Deepthi is a hands-on healthcare management professional. She recruits exceptionally qualified anesthesia professionals for Xenon Health. Her expertise includes using data driven decisions in areas of recruitment and HR operations. She holds an undergraduate degree in computer science and MBA specializing in management and human resources. Deepthi is trained in Bharatanatyam, a South Indian classical dance form and in re-creating ancient Tanjore paintings.
Ashley Sun is responsible for overseeing day to day operations at Xenon Health and organizing the communication infra-structure between Xenon’s administrative offices and a growing network of client sites throughout the country. Ashley has a MD, a PhD, and a MBA from the China-Europe Business School and a MA from USC. She has done groundbreaking basic science research in neurology. As a curious explorer, Ashley loves trying out novel things in daily life including Tai Chi, piano playing, music, and films.
Alexander brings the background and skills needed to effectively lead the revenue cycle department at Xenon Health. He has almost two decades of experience in billing, coding and collections. A 1998 graduate of The American Academy of Procedural Coders, he is a certified procedural coder (CPC). He has also been certified by the National Health Career Association as a Coding and Billing Specialist.
Bukola brings her extensive background and certifications in billing to Xenon Health. She graduated from Yaba College of Technology in Nigeria with a degree in engineering. Bukola is also certified as a billing and coding specialist, medical assistant, phlebotomist, and EKG specialist with the American Medical Association. She is also certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in billing. Bukola has also earned a certification as a Microsoft Specialist from The City University of New York. In her free time, Bukola loves music and playing the drums.
As a Registered Medical Technologist, Andy applies his healthcare background to his role in clinical operations at Xenon Health. He received his BS in Medical Technology from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. He graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines with a Doctor of Medicine degree, followed by a three years fellowship training in anesthesia. Andy has previously worked as a Medical Specialist II in the Department of Anesthesiology at Provincial Hospital. He is an International Affiliate member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling and going on cruises, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
As an operations manager at Xenon Health, Hasan’s goal is to ensure that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Along with vast knowledge in the field of medicine (He is a graduate of Jinnah Medical College), his expertise in IT, strong work ethic and dedication to success enable him to take on complex tasks and perform them efficiently. During his free time, Hasan loves to travel, read books, and meet new people.
